How does your pricing work?
Pricing is per seat, per month, across three tiers: Essential, Business, and Premium. A seat is one managed computer plus one managed email account, counted as the lower of the two. Extra workstations are billed at $20 per device per month, with separate add-ons for extra email accounts, servers, and protected storage. Microsoft 365 licensing is passed through at cost.
What is included in every tier?
Every tier includes monitoring and maintenance, security protection, Microsoft 365 email management, and user changes like new hires, password resets, and access updates. Business and Premium add a pooled bucket of support time per managed device each month, faster response targets, business reviews, and disaster recovery drills.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Targets depend on the tier. Essential aims for under four hours on critical issues and up to a 48-hour turnaround on routine ones. Business moves to under two hours on critical and same-day on routine. Premium is under one hour on critical, same-day on routine, with a priority queue. Either way you reach the practitioner directly, not a Level-1 hand-off.
Is there an onboarding fee?
Yes. New clients start with a one-time Launch Sprint, priced by seat band, that sets the environment up correctly: accounts, monitoring, security baseline, and backups. After that, the monthly tier covers ongoing work.
